Fmoc-NH-PEG4-CH2COOH(Cat No.:I017036) is a versatile linker molecule used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and PROTACs (proteolysis-targeting chimeras). It consists of a PEG4 spacer with a Fmoc-protected amino group at one end and a carboxylic acid group at the other end. The Fmoc group can be selectively removed to expose the amino group for conjugation with a drug or target protein. The carboxylic acid group can be utilized for further functionalization or conjugation with other molecules, enabling the assembly of customized ADCs or PROTACs for targeted therapy.
