FTO-IN-8 (FTO-43) is a N6-methyladenosine demethylase (FTO) (fat mass- and obesity-associated protein) inhibitor with the IC50 value of 5.5 μM. FTO-IN-8 has anti-cancer cell proliferative activity[1].
FTO-IN-8 (FTO-43) (0-50 μM, 24-72 h) inhibits the proliferation of cancer cells with no cytotoxicity to normal colonic cells[1].
FTO-IN-8 (FTO-43) can increase m6A and m6Am levels and inhibits Wnt/PI3K-Akt signaling in gastric cancer AGS cells[1].
