Fulranumab is a human IgG2 monoclonal antibody against nerve growth factor (NGF) and can be used for the research of pain[1].
Fulranumab (200 μg/mL; 60 min) completely inhibits 10 ng/mL anti-fulranumab monkey polyclonal antibody, inhibits 100 and 1,000 ng/mL of anti-fulranumab antibody by over 90%[1].
Fulranumab (5-100 μg/mL) partially and dose dependently suppresses the false-positive anti-drug antibody (ADA) caused by acid pretreatment NGF[1].
