Glyceraldehyde phosphate dehydrogenase (EC 1.2.1.12) is the target of anti-thymocyte and anti-apoptotic agents. Glyceraldehyde phosphate dehydrogenase catalyzes the chain oxidation of reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide by perhydroxyl radicals[1][2].
