Gardiquimod trifluoroacetate
For research use only. Not for therapeutic Use.
Gardiquimod trifluoroacetate(Cat No.:I012953) is a trifluoroacetate salt of Gardiquimod, a selective agonist of Toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7). It activates TLR7-mediated immune responses, leading to the production of cytokines and induction of an antiviral state. Additionally, Gardiquimod trifluoroacetate has been shown to exhibit inhibitory effects on HIV-1 reverse transcriptase, an enzyme critical for the replication of the virus. This dual activity suggests its potential use in the treatment of viral infections, including HIV-1.
