GLPG2451 (Cat No.: I019035) is a potent and selective cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) potentiator. It has been shown to effectively enhance the activity of the F508del CFTR mutant at low temperatures, with an EC50 of 11.1 nM.
