GNE-7883 is a pan-TEAD inhibitor with anti-cell proliferation activity. GNE-7883 overcomes resistance to KRAS G12C inhibitors in multiple preclinical models by inhibiting YAP/TAZ activation. GNE-7883 may be used in the study of YAP/TAZ-dependent cancers[1].
