HEMADO is a potent and selective adenosine A3 receptor agonist with a Ki of 1.1 nM at the human A3 subtype[1]. HEMADO is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
HEMADO (compound 8a) has Kis of 327 nM and 1230 nM for A1 and A2A and a EC50 of 100 μM for A2B receptors[2].
