HIF-1 inhibitor-4 is a HIF-1 inhibitor (IC50: 560 nM). HIF-1 inhibitor-4 reduces the HIF-1α protein level without affecting its mRNA level[1].
HIF-1 inhibitor-4 (Compound 1) inhibits HIF-1 with an IC50 of 560 nM, quantified using U251 cell expressing a PLAP reporter gene under the control of a VEGF promoter (VEGF-PLAP)[1].
