HJ445A is a potent MYOF inhibitor and binds to the MYOF-C2D domain with a KD of 0.17 μM. HJ445A potently repressed the proliferation of gastric cancer cells with IC50 values of 0.16 and 0.14 μM in MGC803 and MKN45, respectively. HJ445A demonstrates superior antitumor efficacy in vivo and can be used for cancer research[1].
