IDF-11774(Cat No.:I020338) is a HIF-1 inhibitor. It reduces the HRE luciferase activity of HIF-1α (IC50 = 3.65 μM) and prevents the accumulation of HIF-1α under hypoxia in HCT116 colon cancer cell line. IDF-11774 reduces cancer cell growth by modulating glycolytic metabolism and energy production in cancer cells.
