Ilmetropium iodide (Cat.No:I007273) is a quaternary ammonium compound and a bronchodilator. It acts by blocking the muscarinic acetylcholine receptors in the airways, leading to smooth muscle relaxation and improved airflow. Ilmetropium iodide is used in the management of respiratory conditions such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
