IQ3 is a specific c-JunN-terminal kinase ( JNK ) inhibitor with Kd values of 66nM, 240nM and 290nM for JNK3, JNK1 and JNK2, respectively. ChemicalbookIQ3 inhibited LPS-induced NF-κB / AP1 transcriptional activity in TPS1-Blue cells with IC50 value of 1.4 μM. IQ3 can also inhibit the production of TNF-α and IL-6 in vitro.
