JG-98(Cat No.:I019052) is an allosteric inhibitor of heat shock protein 70 (Hsp70), which disrupts the Hsp70-Bag3 interaction by binding to a conserved site on Hsp70. It exhibits potent anti-cancer activities by affecting cancer cells and tumor-associated macrophages. JG-98 demonstrates antiproliferative activity across various cell lines, activates apoptotic mediators in cancer cells, and destabilizes FoxM1 to relieve downstream effector suppression. In xenograft models, JG-98 suppresses tumor growth. These findings suggest the potential of JG-98 as an anti-cancer therapeutic, targeting Hsp70, with broader effects on cancer cells and the tumor microenvironment.
