JNJ-632(Cat No.:I020019)is a capsid assembly modulator (CAM) developed by Johnson & Johnson for the treatment of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infections. It inhibits HBV DNA replication in HepG2.2.15 and HepG2.117 cell lines, with EC₅₀ values of 0.12 and 0.43 μM, respectively. In vivo studies in C57BL/6 mice have shown that JNJ-632 has moderate plasma clearance and volume of distribution, with oral bioavailability ranging from 40% to 66% depending on the dose. These properties make JNJ-632 a promising candidate for further development in HBV therapy.
