Lisavanbulin (Cat No.:I007675), also known as BAL-101553, is an oral highly water-soluble lysine prodrug that synthesizes small molecule BAL-27862 and has potential anti-tumor activity. After BAL101553 was used and transformed into BAL-27862, the reagent combined with the site different from the alkaloid binding site of Catharanthus roseus and tubulin, prevented tubulin polymerization and made microtubule unstable, finally leading to cell cycle arrest, cell division arrest, and induced cancer cell death.
