m-PEG10-alcohol(Cat No.:I016786), also known as Decaethylene glycol monomethyl ether, is a non-cleavable polyethylene glycol (PEG) linker used in the construction of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and PROTACs. With its 10-unit PEG chain, m-PEG10-alcohol provides a spacer between the antibody or ligand and the attached drug or target protein. This linker imparts increased solubility, stability, and improved pharmacokinetic properties to the conjugates. In ADCs, it facilitates selective drug delivery to target cells, while in PROTACs, it enables the simultaneous binding of the target protein and the E3 ligase, promoting protein degradation.
