NAE-IN-M22（Cat No.:I031368） is a potent and selective inhibitor of the NEDD8 activating enzyme (NAE), a key regulator of the NEDDylation pathway. It exerts its inhibitory effects in the micromolar range. NAE-IN-M22 demonstrates significant antiproliferative activity against various cancer cells and induces apoptosis specifically in A549 cells. Moreover, it exhibits the ability to inhibit tumor growth in vivo. These findings suggest that NAE-IN-M22 has the potential as an anticancer agent by targeting the NEDDylation pathway.
