Mal-PEG4-PFP ester(Cat No.:I017855) is a non-cleavable linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). It consists of a Maleimide group, a four-unit PEG (polyethylene glycol) spacer, and a PFP (pentafluorophenyl) ester. The Maleimide group allows for conjugation with thiol-containing molecules, such as cysteine residues on antibodies. The PEG spacer provides flexibility and helps reduce steric hindrance. The PFP ester enhances the stability of the linker during ADC preparation. Mal-PEG4-PFP ester enables the efficient and stable attachment of payloads to antibodies for targeted drug delivery in cancer therapy.
