Maleimido-tri(ethylene glycol)-propionic acid (Cat No.:I017000) is a degradable ADClinker for the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates. Maleimido-tri(ethylene glycol)-propionic acid was used in the preparation of neolymphostin-based ADC precursors for conjugation of the site-specific cysteine mutant trastuzumab-A114C. Maleimido-tri(ethylene glycol)-propionic acid can also be used as a PEG-based PROTACLinker for the synthesis of PROTACs.
