Maropitant (Cat.No:I001792) is a selective neurokinin-1 (NK1) receptor antagonist primarily used in veterinary medicine to prevent and treat vomiting in dogs. It works by blocking the binding of substance P, a neurotransmitter involved in the emetic (vomiting) response.
