MC 1046 (Cat.No:I001077) is a selective and potent antagonist of the endothelin ETB receptor. It has been studied for its potential therapeutic applications in various cardiovascular disorders, including hypertension and pulmonary arterial hypertension. MC 1046 works by blocking the binding of endothelin to the ETB receptor, thereby inhibiting its vasoconstrictive and pro-inflammatory effects.
