Mcl1-IN-1 (Cat.No:I004664) is a small molecule inhibitor targeting Mcl-1, an anti-apoptotic protein involved in regulating cell survival. By inhibiting Mcl-1, Mcl1-IN-1 promotes apoptosis in cancer cells, particularly in malignancies where Mcl-1 is overexpressed, such as certain hematologic and solid tumors. It has shown potential in overcoming resistance to chemotherapy and targeted therapies by disrupting Mcl-1’s protective role in cancer cells. As a therapeutic agent, Mcl1-IN-1 is being explored in preclinical and clinical studies for its anticancer efficacy.
