Meclofenamate sodium (Cat No.:A000129) is a dual COX-1/COX-2 inhibitor with IC50s of 40 nM and 50 nM, respectively, for the treatment of joint and muscle pain, arthritis, and dysmenorrhea.Meclofenamate sodium is also a non-selective gap junction blocker and a highly selective inhibitor of adiposity and obesity-related ( FTO) enzyme inhibitor.
