Metaproterenol (Cat No.:R053578), also known as Th-152, is used to treat asthmatic children with high serum theophylline concentration. Epinephrine hemisulfate (Epinephrine hemisulfate) is a direct-acting sympathomimetic drug β 2-adrenergic receptor( β 2AR) agonist whose IC50 is 68 nM. Isoproterenol hemisulfate also has anti-inflammatory activity.
