MPC 6827 hydrochloride (CAT: I011144) is a potent inhibitor of microtubule formation. It has been shown to effectively inhibit the polymerization of tubulin in vitro and disrupt microtubule formation in various cancer cell lines. With an IC50 range of 1.5 to 3.4 nM, MPC 6827 hydrochloride demonstrates high potency in its microtubule inhibitory activity. In addition to its effects on microtubules, it also exhibits pro-apoptotic characteristics, contributing to its potential as an anti-cancer agent.
