Muromonab（Cat No.:M128484）is a monoclonal antibody used as an immunosuppressive agent. It targets and binds to the CD3 receptor on T lymphocytes, which are key cells involved in the immune response. By binding to CD3, muromonab interferes with T-cell activation, leading to the depletion of T cells and a reduced immune response. It is primarily used in organ transplantation to prevent rejection, particularly in kidney transplants, and in some autoimmune disorders.
