2,6-Dichlorodiphenylamine(Cat No.:R021605)is a structural analog of diclofenac sodium, a potent and nonselective anti-inflammatory agent and COX inhibitor. Diclofenac sodium has demonstrated activity against Candida albicans. It effectively inhibits both human COX-1 and COX-2 with low IC50 values of 4 nM and 1.3 nM, respectively, in CHO cells. Due to its anti-inflammatory properties and ability to inhibit COX enzymes, diclofenac sodium is widely used as a painkiller and anti-inflammatory medication, making it valuable in treating various conditions related to inflammation and pain.
