NB-598 suppresses triglyceride biosynthesis through the farnesol pathway.<br>IC50 value:<br>Target: squalene epoxidase<br>SE inhibitor NB-598 significantly inhibited both basal and glucose-stimulated insulin secretion from mouse pancreatic islets. CaV channels were markedly inhibited by NB-598.</p>
