NK-252(Cat No.:I001580) is a Nrf2 activator that exhibits greater Nrf2 activation potential than OPZ. NK-252 interacts with the Nrf2 binding site of Keap1. NK-252 reduces the expression of factor-β1 (TGF-β1), collagen α1(I), and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1). Administration of NK-252 almost completely inhibited the infiltration of inflammatory cells in the peribiliary area.
