NLRP3-IN-11(Cat No.:I042754)is a potent inhibitor of the NLRP3 inflammasome, exhibiting an IC₅₀ value of less than 0.3 μM. The NLRP3 inflammasome is a multiprotein complex involved in the activation of inflammatory responses, playing a crucial role in the maturation and secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and interleukin-18 (IL-18).
