NLRP3-IN-18 (Cat No.: I041150) is a potent and selective small-molecule inhibitor of the NLRP3 inflammasome, a key regulator of innate immune responses involved in the activation of caspase-1 and release of IL-1β and IL-18. By blocking NLRP3 activation, NLRP3-IN-18 suppresses inflammation without affecting other inflammasome pathways such as AIM2 or NLRC4. It is a valuable tool for studying autoinflammatory diseases, neuroinflammation, and metabolic disorders where NLRP3 plays a pathogenic role. For research use only in immunology and inflammation-related investigations.
