NS3694 (CAT: I011532) is a small molecule inhibitor of the Na+/H+ exchanger isoform 1 (NHE1), a membrane protein involved in the regulation of intracellular pH and cell volume. By inhibiting NHE1, NS3694 is believed to have potential therapeutic effects in various conditions, including heart failure, stroke, and cancer. Preclinical studies have demonstrated that NS3694 can improve cardiac function and reduce myocardial injury in animal models of heart failure, as well as inhibit cancer cell proliferation and migration. NS3694 is currently being investigated for its potential clinical applications in these areas.
