NS3694 (CAT: I011532) is a small molecule inhibitor of the Na+/H+ exchanger isoform 1 (NHE1), a membrane protein involved in the regulation of intracellular pH and cell volume. By inhibiting NHE1, NS3694 is believed to have potential therapeutic effects in various conditions, including heart failure, stroke, and cancer.
