IO4I1 is an effective Oct3 / 4 inducer. O4I1 enhanced about 2.5- and 4-fold Oct3 / 4 gene expression, increased Oct3 / 4 protein levels, and promoted Oct3 / 4-mediated transcriptional activation at concentrations of 10 μM and 20 μM, respectively.
