The P62-mediated mitophagy inducer (Cat No.:I018168)is a small molecule compound that activates the P62-mediated pathway of mitophagy, without the need for Parkin recruitment or depolarization of the mitochondrial membrane potential. It remains active in cells with impaired PINK1/Parkin pathway, which is often associated with neurodegenerative diseases. However, further research is needed to evaluate its safety and efficacy for clinical use.
