Paprotrain（Cat No.:I010679） is an inhibitor of cell permeable kinesin MKLP-2. It inhibits the ATPase activity of MKLP-2 with IC50 value of 1.35μM and Ki value of 3.36μM. It also has a moderate inhibitory effect on DYRK1A with IC50 value of 5.5μM.
