PAT-1251 (CAT: I008562) is a potent, selective, and orally efficacious inhibitor of the copper-dependent amine oxidase, lysyl oxidase-like 2 (LOXL2). LOXL2 is an enzyme involved in the crosslinking of extracellular matrix components, and its overexpression has been implicated in various fibrotic diseases and cancer progression. By inhibiting LOXL2, PAT-1251 has the potential to disrupt fibrosis and tumor growth. Further research and development are ongoing to explore the therapeutic applications of PAT-1251 in the treatment of fibrotic diseases and cancer.
