PF-06840003 (Cat No.:I014565) is a highly selective and orally active IDO-1 inhibitor. Although it has only a moderate inhibitory effect on hIDO1 (IC50=0.41 μM), it can tightly bind to hIDO-1 and form high-density hydrogen bonds with hIDO-1, so PF-06840003 is a very efficient compound ( LE 0.53, LipE 5.1).
