PF9601N, an monoamine oxidase B (MAO-B) inhibitor, possesses neuroprotective properties in several in vitro and in vivo models of Parkinson’s disease (PD). PF9601N can be used for the research of neurodegenerative diseases mediated by excitotoxicity[1]. PF9601N is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
