PGAM1-IN-1 is a phosphoglycerate mutase 1 (PGAM1) inhibitor with an IC50 of 6.4 μM[1].
PGAM1-IN-1 (Compound 9h) inhibits H1299 proliferation with an IC50 of 14.1±1.9 μM[1].
