Phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (Cat.No:I002165) is a potent tumor-promoting agent derived from the resin of the Croton tiglium plant. It activates protein kinase C (PKC), leading to a variety of cellular responses. Phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate is widely used in research to study PKC signaling, cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis in various biological systems.
