Pizuglanstat (compound 3) is a prostaglandin D synthase inhibitor with an IC50 of 76 nM for human hematopoietic prostaglandin D synthases (H-PGDS). Pizuglanstat can be used for myodegenerative disease research, such as muscular dystrophy[1].
