Plinabulin(Cat No.:I008504)is a small molecule drug that acts as a microtubule destabilizer and immune modulator. It has been studied primarily in oncology for its potential to enhance the effectiveness of chemotherapy while reducing side effects such as neutropenia (low white blood cell count). By disrupting the microtubules in cancer cells, plinabulin inhibits cell division and induces cancer cell death. It also stimulates the immune system by promoting the activation of dendritic cells and enhancing immune responses against tumors. Plinabulin is undergoing clinical trials for use in cancer treatment and is being explored for combination therapy with other anticancer drugs.
