Podocarpusflavone A（Cat No.:I002696）is a DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor, has moderated anti-proliferative activity inducing cell apoptosis in MCF-7and, is developing anti-tumor drugs. podocarpus flavone-A shows significant inhibitions against DLD, KB, MCF-7, and HEp-2 tumor cell lines (ED50 4.56-16.24 μg/mL) and induces cell apoptosis in MCF-7 via mainly sub-G1/S phase arrest.
