Polydatin (Cat No.:I009640) is a crystalline component extracted from the rhizome of the perennial herb Polygonum Cuspidatum Sieb.et Zucc. Polydatin, as a PLA2 inhibitor, reduces phospholipase A2 (PLA2) activity and sPLA2-IIA mRNA expression and attenuates LPS-induced lung injury by increasing Clara cell secreted protein (CCSP) expression.
