Prazosin (Cat.No:I002459) is an alpha-1 adrenergic receptor blocker used primarily in the treatment of hypertension and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). It works by relaxing and widening blood vessels, reducing blood pressure. Prazosin is also sometimes prescribed off-label for the management of nightmares and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms.
