PROTAC Mcl1 degrader-1（Cat No.:I018111）, is a proteolysis targeting chimera designed to selectively inhibit Mcl-1, an anti-apoptotic protein. It acts by inducing the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of Mcl-1 through the recruitment of the E3 ubiquitin ligase cereblon (CRBN) by the small molecule pomalidomide. PROTAC Mcl1 degrader-1 consists of an Mcl-1 inhibitor, S1-6, and pomalidomide linked together by a flexible linker.
