PSI-7409 tetrasodium（Cat No.:I020251） is the 5′-triphosphate active metabolite of sofosbuvir (PSI-7977) and acts as an inhibitor of hepatitis C virus (HCV) NS5B polymerases. It displays inhibitory activity against NS5B polymerases of different HCV genotypes, with IC50 values of 1.6 μM for GT 1b_Con1, 2.8 μM for GT 2a_JFH1, 0.7 μM for GT 3a, and 2.6 μM for GT 4a. By targeting the NS5B polymerase, PSI-7409 tetrasodium interferes with the replication of HCV, making it a potential treatment option for hepatitis C infections caused by different genotypes.
