V-10（Cat No.:I008913）, also known as rose bengal disodium, is an iodinated fluorescein derivative with potential antineoplastic and radiosensitizing properties. When administered into tumor tissue, V-10 selectively accumulates in tumor cells and generates cytotoxic singlet oxygen upon exposure to ionizing radiation. This mechanism contributes to its anticancer effects. Furthermore, V-10 may stimulate an immune response against tumors, potentially enhancing its therapeutic efficacy.
