R(+)-IAA-94(Cat No.:I003988), also known as R(+)-Methylindazone, is a highly effective inhibitor of chloride channels. By blocking chloride channel activity, R(+)-IAA-94 disrupts the flow of chloride ions across cell membranes. Furthermore, it has been shown to inhibit the interaction between Nef (a protein associated with HIV) and sdAb19, a single-domain antibody. R(+)-IAA-94 binds to Nef, potentially interfering with its function. These findings suggest the potential utility of R(+)-IAA-94 as a therapeutic agent targeting chloride channels and the Nef protein.
